Mallory had a distinct feeling about today, despite the fact that it started out like any other day for her. Who could have predicted that she’d be correct and that everyone’s life would be forever changed as a result? In spite of the fact that she was completely clueless about what was going on, she felt a strong feeling of foreboding and arrived early in order to prepare the boat. Following the arrival of Cliff and Allan, the group of friends began working their way through their morning pre-launch checklist. Before leaving, it was vital that everything was completed and ready to go because returning would result in a considerable waste of time and resources.

The daily preparation wasn’t too difficult; all it took was a little time and patience. It was simple for them because they were chatting and cracking jokes while performing the necessary jobs. Despite the fact that they had been friends for a long time and had met on a daily basis, they woke up every morning feeling as if they hadn’t seen each other in years. Following that, the trio set off on what appeared to be a peaceful morning. They already knew where the ideal place to go to capture some crab, thanks to previous experience.
