Then it was time to go. Henry strolled over to Julia about half past eleven and told her he had a “meeting” in his office. Julia, of course, believed him and claimed she wouldn’t let anyone in. However, about eleven-fifty, Henry heard Julia leave. That was the end of it. This was his line.

When Henry opened the door, he observed Julia leave the office. He hastily grabbed his jacket and trailed after her. He waited until she was in her car before getting into his own. He always stayed two cars behind her so she wouldn’t notice him. And, much to his astonishment, he went undiscovered.
