Eyebrows Frame the Face
Anyone who practices makeup knows that brows are a crucial element for framing the face and keeping one from looking completely wild. This minor act of vandalism perfectly expresses that sentiment. On the right is our typical Lucky Charms leprechaun with normal brows (or lack thereof), and on the left is his evil doppelganger with threatening brows who seems like he’s about to throw a handful of little children into his cauldron and turn them into soup.

If you’re not aware with this reference, it’s a throwback to a Spongebob Squarepants episode in which Patrick starts working at the Krusty Krab and when customers phone asking, “Is this the Krusty Krab?” he says, “No, this is Patrick.” So, what is this “public health” occurrence that the placard is alluding to? We may never know, and the real question here is, why haven’t you seen this amazing, classic Spongebob episode before?
