Sarah wore the same dress to all three of her lessons that day, as well as to the gym. Wearing gym clothing even during the day was usual for her, as it is for many individuals. In our case, we normally wear gym clothes when we know we have a lot of errands to go or if we plan on working out after all of our activities for the day.
