Talk about embarrassing! We are sure that it is not ideal at all to keep your bum covered while you are talking to a foreign dignitary. As you can see, the wind is relentless no matter what she is. We are impressed that she was able to soldier on even though the elements seem to be against her.

A Solemn Occasion
When the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge went to India, they placed a wreath at the National War Memorial in New Delhi. It was a solemn occasion, and she had to keep her dress in check the entire time. If we did not know any better, we would have thought that she was trying to recreate the famous Marilyn Monroe photo. Hmm, it might be better if she started to wear pants for outdoor events instead.
