Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Just because you are on a Paleo diet, doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself and eat delicious cookies. If you need a sweet treat, you should try the delicious chocolate chip Paleo cookies. All the ingredients you need for them are 2 c. almond flours, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 c butter, 1/4 c almond butter, 3 tsp. Honey, 1 large egg, 1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract, 1 c semisweet chocolate chips and some flaky salt. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degree and put some baking paper on a sheet pan. Now take a bowl and put the almond flour, the baking soda and the salt in. Mix it all together well. Now add the egg, the butter and the vanilla extract and mix it together with the rest until you have a smooth dough. Take the baking sheet, for the cookies and put them on. The next step are the chocolate chips and the flaky salt. Just place both of it on the top of the cookie and now it goes inside the oven. Let it bake for around 15 minutes and you are ready to enjoy a hot, tasty and healthy Paleo chocolate chip cookie.

Who doesn’t like pizza? Also when you are trying to eat healthy and follow the Paleo nutrition list, you can easily make a great and delicious pizza. The Paleo pizza might even be better for you as it doesn’t contain gluten nor dairy. The recipe only needs 30 minutes in total and all you need for it are 2.1/2 c almond flour, 1/2 tsp/ baking powder, 1 tsp italian seasoning, a clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, 3 large eggs, 2 tbsp. virgin olive oil, 1/2 c pizza sauce, 1 c shredded diary free mozzarella, 1/4 c pepperoni slices, 1/2 small green pepper, 1/4 c black olive oil and 2 cremini mushrooms. Start by preheating the oven to 425. Take a big bowl and put the baking powder, the almond flour, the salt, the italian seasoning and the garlic inside. Take a seperate bowl, in which you mix the eggs and the olive oil and pour the mixture into the flour mixture. Now stir everything, until a good dough comes out. Now form the dough into a pizza form and put it onto a baking sheet. Put the dough in the oven and bake it for around 10 minutes until it starts to be crispy. After around 10 minutes take the dough out, put the pizza sauce over and top it with the diary free mozzarella, the olives and any vegetables of your choice. Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes and voilà you have a delicious, Paleo pizza in no time!
