All you need for this extraordinary snack are butter, lemon zest, popcorn and salt. Take 6 tablespoons of butter and heat it until brown over medium heat (approximately will take you 6 minutes). When the butter is browned remove it from the heat and stir 1 1/2 teaspoons of grated lemon zest in it. Now mix the seasoning over 16 cups of hot popcorn and put some salt over it. Al you need for this recipe is 8 oz flank steak. 1tsp chili powder. 1Tsbp butter, 1Tsbp flour, 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken stock, 11/2 cups shredded cheese, 1/2 cup bottled salsa Verde, 4 oz tortilla chips, onions, tomatoes and jalapeños peppers.
First you need to preheat a grill pan or a cast iron skillet. Now season the steak with salt, pepper, the chili powder and grill it for about 4 minutes on each side, then let it rest. The next step is to preheat the oven to 400F. After that heat the butter over medium heat in a medium pan. Stir in the flour and continue to stir in the cheese and the salsa. Stir everything until the cheese is completely melted. Now chop the steak in small pieces and lay out the nachos on a big cookie sheet. Put the steaks over the nachos and add some beans if you want. Everything you need is 1 can of tuna, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 puff pastry sheet, 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of sesame seed, 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs and 4 tablespoons of Parmesan. Put the tuna, the oil and the vinegar in a large bowl and mix everything good together. Unroll the puff pastry and sprinkle some sesame seeds over the pastry and put some tuna and Parmesan over it. Now fold the pastry into semi-circles and sprinkle the bread crumbs, some more sesame seeds and the remaining cheese over it. Now put everything in the fridge and leave it to rest for 30-40 minutes. Preheat your oven on 360F. Take the pastry out and cut it into sticks, put it on the backing sheet and let it bake for 30-4- Minutes.
