The next step is to mix raisins with some rum and let it rest for around 30 minutes. Once the raisins are ready, mix it with some nuts and the apples and put everything in the dough. Once it’s ready, serve the hot strudel with whipped cream and vanilla sauce.

Cannoli is crispy dough formed to a shell, that is filled with sweet ricotta cheese. All you need for cannoli shells is all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, salt, Marsala wine, eggs (white and yellow) and vegetable oil. For the filling you need ricotta, powdered sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips. For the shells mix all the ingredients together. Then just put the butter in and mix the Marsala wine and the eggs in a separate bowl. Once it is mixed together well, put the mixture to the flour and the butter. Mix the rest of the ingredients as well into the bowl and mix everything through good. Let the dough rest for a while and then form shells out of it. Fry everything carefully in oil and put the shell on a paper towel once its fried, to absorb the extra oil. For the filling just take the ricotta and add sugar, chocolate chips and cinnamon to it. Mix everything thoroughly and put it in the shells once they are cold. Voilà your delicious Cannoli are ready.

Start by placing the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and put it in the microwave for around 30 seconds. Once the chocolate is melted, take the eggs and separate them. Put the egg yellow in the bowl of the chocolate and mix it well. For the egg white use another bowl and mix 1/4 sugar to it. Mix the eggs and the sugar together until a stiff peak forms. Then put the vanilla extract to it as well. Now take the egg white and subdivide it under the chocolate mixture. Once this is done carefully, put it in the fridge for half an hour. And that’s it. Your dessert is ready to be enjoyed!
